Welcome to the MHAEK Parent Engagement Blog!
MHAEK Parent Engagement (PE) to strengthen and secure relationships between parents, teachers/coaches/counselors, mentors, and students. MHAEK PE is dedicated to education, community engagement, and faith awareness to empower youth and families to thrive.
As your life shifts focus to embrace your true self and your evolving journey, you can attract more positive experiences for yourself and those around you. Are you ready to transform your concept of 'home' to better align with your mental well-being, physical health, spiritual growth, and the quality of your contributions?
This interactive curriculum is voluntary and not intended for clinical use. It is designed for students, parents, teachers/coaches/counselors/mentors, etc., to improve significant relationships through self-discovery and faith awareness. Exploring answers to the question, "Who Am I?" might seem simple, but discovering and understanding your true self can be exciting and challenging. To fully benefit from this holistic and heuristic support system, you must take ownership of your personal and social responsibility and actively engage in the process.

Four Stages
According to my research (Dorothy Ann's voice from The Magic School Bus), “Relationship Mapping” visually represents the connections between people, organizations, and resources. MHAEK PE aims to reduce social isolation in underrepresented communities by fostering long-term relationship building. The program consists of four stages: Methods, Actions, Partnerships, and Service (MAPS). Participants will progress through the four stages, completing them in the designed order to maximize self-esteem, community resources, and cultural humility. Proactive workshops and events aim to build functional and reliable support systems for underrepresented students and families. MHAEK PE values leadership in parents, teachers, and students. Despite social injustices creating divisions, reliable support systems based on personal leadership and empathy help students, parents, teachers/coaches/counselors, mentors, etc., to lead fulfilling lives and connect meaningfully with their communities.
The energy we invest shapes how we lead our lives, guide our children (or non-biological youth), and build connections. Suppose you are ready to be foundationally F.I.T.T.-- enhancing Faith in True Time (F.I.T.T)—choose a reliable accountability partner to join you. Through these four stages, you will gain insights into who you are and how you can become an asset to yourself and the world.
MHAEK invites students aged 18 and older, along with parents, teachers, and coaches of all kinds from all backgrounds, to help mend the social fabric of our society. We are restoring the balance between self-care, daily responsibilities, and empathy. By fostering a reliable parent-engagement culture, you can find peace of mind, purpose through artistic expression, and a sense of adventure. MHAEK is committed to combating social isolation among underrepresented populations worldwide.
Being in a healthy state of mind involves forgiving and understanding all the parts of yourself that may not yet make sense but are "working together for good" Romans 8:28 Holy Bible. Reflect on your struggles, which stemmed from disordered family dynamics, and move beyond fear and the lack mentality; we are renewed and empowered through faith. No more conforming to the dysfunctional patterns of this world.

Before You Begin
Ensure you are in a healthy, safe state of mind and physical environment. As adult students, parents, and teachers (of all kinds), you are engaging with this project because you have persevered through challenges for "such a time as this" Esther 4:14 of the Holy Bible. Now is your time to be and to lead others to their true inheritance. May the fruits of our labor build a solid and inspiring foundation of good character, wisdom, and wealth.
Join the MHAEKs group list to build alliances with other students, parents, and teachers of all kinds.
